We the inheritors of the legacy of greatest revolutionary and architect of the Modern India, Dr. BabasahebAmbedkar who has given three commandments to the people “Educate, Agitate and Organise”. Throughout the life Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar worked
and champion the social causes for the downtrodden and backward class of the Indian society. That Dr. Ambedkar formed an organization in the name as ‘Bahishkrut Hitkarini’ in the year 1924.
To strive for the democratic values and to give justice, equality, Liberty, fraternity and brotherhood to all the citizens Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar worked to attain the social and economic democracy. That following the footsteps of the greatest luminiories and jurist who work for the upliftment and to eradicate the inequalities in the sponsored state, we the members of DAACA have formed an organization to attain the goals and objectives em- bodied in the preamble of the constitution of India.
That on 10/06/2017 the launching of organization took place at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Mission Hall, Awode Babu Chowk, Lashkaribagh, Nagpur. That before and after the launching various programs concerning the social activities are conducted by our organization such as arranging legal aid camps agitating against the sponsored atrocity of the state and anti-organizations who work against the principles and provisions of the con- stitution of India.
That number of representation were made to the state through the organization to achieve the constitutional values. That in future also our organization undertakes to achieve the aim and object of our constitution of DAACA and organized the lawyers belonging to SC/ST/OBC/NT/VJNT/DTNT and Minorities through the ideology of Phule-Shahu- Ambedkar to serve the Nation and Society.
That “so long as you do not achieve social liberty, whatever freedom is provided by the law is of no avail to you” as rightly and correctly said by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar therefore it is a need of hour to get unite to achieve the object of the constitution.
“Democracy is not merely a form of Government. It is primarily a mode of Associated living, of conjoint communicated experience. It is essentially an attitude of respect and reverence towards fellow men”. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. Therefore we the members of DAACA organization do humbly appeal to all the fellow lawyers to join the organization to work together for the fulfillment of aim and object of the preamble of the Constitution of India.
